What have you been doing!? As for me, I had Spring Break a few weeks ago. I drove from here (New York) to Florida (Orlando)25 hour road trip!!! It was awesome. I didn't get burned at all either, thats pretty successful in my book. Getting together all my senior work to graduate and look for jobs...I'm thinking Chicago? Our annual Juried show was last night and I took away 3 awards! I'm so happy with myself. And the BFA show is coming up in April, which will showcase my best work to date, my best work EVER. I have one piece done and I suppose I can show a detail of it for everyone:
It's going to be a triptych (this is the middle) of my trip to Europe over New Years with my friend while we visited my long lost Australian friend and brother who were in England. It was a good trip. This is only a quarter of the image which will be 5 feet long in diameter.

My problem has been taken care of. Some times it pays off to ask. Thank you to everyone for the general disdain at concern for me at the beginning, you are all stars in my noodle soup.
So I know it's been a long time since I've updated this, I don't think I have anything to say thats important enough to warrant anyone to read anymore. But I'm just updating to say "hey" and let people know I'm still around. And also that I've changed a majority of the image sizes in my gallery as well as added watermarks due to image theft.
has clearly stolen my images, not just one but several, and designed the whole thing around it. They never asked me for permission or let me know that this was going on. Someone had actually informed me about. So thanks to some asshole I've changed all my image sizes so no one can really enjoy them anymore. They're plastered with ugly watermarks and too small to see any of the detail that I worked hard on.
This was just extremely upsetting to me in all degrees.
Anyways... I'm really busy working on my own website, which is all flash based which means no theft! And am also busy with my last semester of college, finding places to live, finding a job, all that jazz.
Maybe I'll update this more often from now on. See you.
It's summer and I'm in my house down at school away from all my financial security back in my hometown and reliance on free food and internet. I'm all on my own with my two roomates and surprisingly we're not struggling on the food front. I guess we just know how to indulge ourselves. And I've got a full time job going on too! Life is pretty busy right now with my art career actually taking off. I'm doing promotional work for campus all about global warming, so of course I'm looking at a lot of National Geographic and getting paid for it!
Aside from that I want to make as much as I can so I can afford this cable bill and rent. So I finally decided to give it a try and make a t-shirt design to put up for voting. After years of enjoying sites that do it, I'm putting in my hand to get a piece of the pie So if you guys would like to see this rising star on a t-shirt:

My Junior year of College is officially over! Well it has been since last Friday. Finals are complete and I'm moved back home. The semester was great and I think I did alright grades wise. Looking back I did nothing for me or this site! I haven't made any cool pictures for you guys with the exception of those three end of the world pieces. Hopefully those will tide you over till my next little project gets posted. I was so busy learning how to use Flash this semester that I had no time to make my own things. I am in the middle of making my first legitimate portfolio website! Thats what all these journal backgrounds really are, they are the interface for the site so hopefully that will be up soon for you all to enjoy. Its got tons of animation with monsters throwing up
I'm working on several projects now that its summer and I have tons of free time. There should be a few updates pretty soon.
In other news I'm back home for only a few weeks. Living out of a suitcase because I don't want to unpack till I move into my new house back down at school where I will be working all summer! Its so nice to actually have a job that has a set schedule and I know will help me pay for food! But while I'm back home I'm going to make the most of it! I'm going to Montreal twice to see two concerts ! I'll see Los Campesinos! on Thursday and Islands next Wednesday! 2008 has been pretty nice with music so far, all the new albums and acts getting out there are nice! Speaking of the new Mates of State is awesome.
