10,000 miles to paradise. Some days are longer than others, some days fade to quick. It's a far climb on certain days and a short walk on others. This day is one promised with warning. Whatever the day, the crows will always come out.

A representation of how time slips by and how death is a presence in everyday life. Though it didn't start out as that; I just drew a long hill surrounded by clouds, then it spawned from there.

Very nice. I love the whimsical quality of the piece as a whole, the detail of the feathers and birds, the design of the swirling clouds, the way the sun seems to be hanging from a string, and the neverending road. Overall, great piece.

Thanks :p I would say it probably took me altogether aproximately 25 - 30 hours over a long period of time.

Well by his feet I might add a little bit of shadow or something. Or if you wanted to add the effect of sinking in the clouds some more lines of depth.

Ah the young mind, how it wanders easily in the fantasy world. Dont grow up to fast, the working world is a dying one!

This is so beautiful :D I love the crows and the running boy...yet everything else in this picture is amazing as well...all the blues and greens, gorgeous
